HealthDesk AI is an appointment-booking assistant operated by Sidora Healthcare Private Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we handle when patients book clinic appointments through WhatsApp, and the choices available to them.

What we collect

When you book an appointment through HealthDesk AI on WhatsApp, we collect your WhatsApp phone number, your display name, the messages you send to the booking assistant, and the appointment details you choose (doctor, date, and time).

How we use it

Your information is used solely to manage your clinic appointments: booking, rescheduling, cancelling, sending confirmations, and sending a reminder before your visit.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the clinic you are booking with and the service providers listed below.

Where it is stored

Appointment and conversation data is stored securely with our database provider (Supabase, hosted in Mumbai, India) and is accessible only to the clinic's authorised staff.

Messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta. Appointment events may be added to the treating doctor's Google Calendar.

How long we keep it

We retain appointment records for as long as the clinic requires them for scheduling and continuity of care. You may request deletion of your conversation and booking history at any time.

Your choices

You can cancel or reschedule any appointment by replying in the same WhatsApp chat.
